Orders are generally processed within 3 to 7 business days of receipt of your order. Please factor this in when estimating your order's delivery time. In general, domestic orders are shipped via China Post and will arrive within two to three weeks (to ensure quality) after your order has been processed. Arrivals depend on where orders are being shipped to. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. We are not responsible for lost packages. However, we will accommodate for damaged items. We are not able to provide more information about tracking packages other than stated on the China Post website. If you wish to redeliver, or change of address please contact China Post. Orders sent back to us will be resent in 4-8 days upon arrival.

Requests for return or exchange will credit full value of purchase and will apply to all items in store. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Returns must be unworn, unwashed and be in original condition. Please contact our email for a return request.
Upon receipt of your return, we will credit your store credit for previous purchase merchandise amount. Returns must be received within 7 days of return authorization issuance. Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Duties and other import related taxes and fees assessed by the recipient’s local customs authorities are the responsibility of the recipient. Please allow up to two to three weeks for all International shipments.
